Pretty ominous sounding, eh? Apparently, the Village had not added its February calendar to its website yet, hence, Kristen did not know when the next Village meeting was going to be held. (Not that this has ever bothered Kristen before, mind you. I mean, she has never actually attended one of these meetings. She is too busy. But she is trying to look all presidential now--or should we say "mayoral," as she has also pledged on her fabulous website to look into making the Village a City).....
Back to the story.... Well, Kristin slyly suggested that the Village leaders did not actually want people at their meetings. Well, you know what, Kristen? We think you may be onto something after all!
Several days ago, we noticed (on the Village website) that the next Village meeting was/is slated for February 1, and, lo and behold, a BLIZZARD watch has been issued for that VERY SAME NIGHT!!!!!
We are very ANGRY about this and demand immediate ANSWERS from Patsy Smith. Why would Patsy set a meeting with 20 inches of snow on its way...and how did she know? (I've got goose bumps just thinking about it)
(Note: we tried looking up Mother Nature on the Campton Hills website, but as Kristen's quick-witted group can attest, there is no direct link on the website to either Mother Nature OR Father Time).
