WHO ARE WE AND WHO IS KRISTIN LEBLANC?

This Blog is a satirical look at the recently announced candidate for President for the Village of Campton Hills, Illinois: Kristen LeBlanc. We hope you all see the irony of LeBlanc's running for this position and her experience and platform (or total lack thereof) . As President of the Fox Mill Home Owners Association she has been responsible for a 30% increase in operating expenses, while simultaneously decreasing the services for the residents. In other words, she is a fiscal disaster. Likewise, her reign of terror also includes wrongfully removing another elected member of the HOA Board, and a 600% increase in litigation expenses. In other words, she is a "leader" who likes to break the law and have others pay for her follies.



We have no affiliation with any other candidate--that is not the purpose of this blog. We are here to expose LeBlanc for the fool she is and the danger she imposes. Are we crude and brash? You bet your ass we are, but the people of the Village need to be shocked awake to prevent the LeBlanc disaster from taking hold. So enjoy our blog--it will make you laugh, and hopefully make you think.

Mr Higgins & LeBlanc need a nap


You know we are all in trouble when a candidate and her "passionate" follower do not get it when they are being mocked.  It really does make one wonder about the education system in America.  We post the results of a Harris Poll this weekend and the wonder children over at opposecampton call into question the data and polling sample. I mean, really folks....are these people even really safe to be left alone?  Scary if you ask us.

How many times are those folks going to keep harping on this same, irrelevant argument? News Flash LeBlanc--NO ONE CARES ABOUT VIDEOTAPING A VILLAGE MEETING. Perhaps this is why only a few Villages in the surrounding area actually do this. You guys have mistaken apathy for obstruction.  If you want to Video Tape the meeting JUST DO IT! No one has ever claimed that YOU can't tape the meetings. Nothing is life is free, and most intelligent Villagers would rather have their tax money spent on something that matters--let's say a playground or park for our children or the best bullet proof vests for our Police Officers  or how about trying to get a YMCA in the Village (spend some time and money on writing letters)

Final Point readers--If LeBlanc's best idea for the Village is to Video Tape the meetings (something she hasn't even done at Fox Mill), are we the only ones who are concerned about her true potential to lead our small municipality?  Perhaps she should set her goals a little lower--like managing a fast food eatery.  That is more in line with her talents and vision.

    Kristin's legal issues concerning the removal of an ELECTED board member:


    Unfortunately, this case has been heard in front of three separate judges. In October, Judge Colwell called the Board’s actions in this case “Un-American”. Judge Colwell had other choice words for Mr. Fornek, at one point stating that Mr. Fornek’s argument was “disingenuous” and that he was not convinced that Mr. Fornek even believed his own arguments. Judge Colwell ultimately ordered my immediate reinstatement and also ordered that all documentation be turned over to me immediately. In an effort for me to begin my work of catching up on 3 months worth of work, I was invited to Caruso Management by Marcia Caruso to come to her office. Upon my arrival to Caruso Management, Kristin LeBlanc, HOA President, instructed Laura Nicolini to “not turn over any documentation” to me other than what any Homeowner has the right to see. I was not allowed specific Board related documents, i.e., management reports, financial documentation, vendor bids, reserve study, nothing. This was clearly a violation of Colwell's TRO. The Board chose instead to take my TRO to the appellate court on an EMERGENCY basis to get it overturned.

    I recieved the same email myself from Gina Fischetti. Why is Kristin and the rest of the HOA board allowed to waste our money on this ridiculous stuff? This is a like a nightmare and I can't wake up.
