Yesterday we posted what it is like to attend a LeBlanc public meeting. This morning we received an email from a Fox Mill resident requesting that we fix a glaring mistake. We are adult enough to admit when we are wrong, so here is the corrected version of the transcript of a LeBlanc HOA meeting:
Q -Resident- Ms. LeBlanc, can you tell us how much the HOA has spent on Legal expenses to date?
A-LeBlanc--I don't know, I will have to get back to you on that.
Q-Resident- Ms. Leblanc, why are you not allowing a fellow elected Board Member to review all the documents for the HOA?
A-LeBlanc--That is none of your business. I Make the rules. Next question!
Q-Resident- Last month I asked you to show us the contract for landscaping and you told me you would bring it to the meeting today. Can I see it now?
A-LeBlanc--We are out of time. Meeting adjourned!
Q-Resident- But Kristin, you promised to produce the contract today.
A. LeBlanc--That's it mister! You are disruptive and threatening. John, call the police immediately! I will not tolerate this line of questioning.
There you have it folks, a true representation of a LeBlanc public meeting. Thank you Ms. Fox Mill resident for correcting us here. We forgot that LeBlanc has called the police on the residents of Fox Mill at most of her HOA meetings. Ironic that she wants to destroy the Village and get rid of the police force. If LeBlanc's meetings would have occurred before the Village was formed, she would still be waiting for the Kane County Sheriff! LOL
