WHO ARE WE AND WHO IS KRISTIN LEBLANC?

This Blog is a satirical look at the recently announced candidate for President for the Village of Campton Hills, Illinois: Kristen LeBlanc. We hope you all see the irony of LeBlanc's running for this position and her experience and platform (or total lack thereof) . As President of the Fox Mill Home Owners Association she has been responsible for a 30% increase in operating expenses, while simultaneously decreasing the services for the residents. In other words, she is a fiscal disaster. Likewise, her reign of terror also includes wrongfully removing another elected member of the HOA Board, and a 600% increase in litigation expenses. In other words, she is a "leader" who likes to break the law and have others pay for her follies.



We have no affiliation with any other candidate--that is not the purpose of this blog. We are here to expose LeBlanc for the fool she is and the danger she imposes. Are we crude and brash? You bet your ass we are, but the people of the Village need to be shocked awake to prevent the LeBlanc disaster from taking hold. So enjoy our blog--it will make you laugh, and hopefully make you think.

How much is in your wallet?

LEBLANC PROMISES TO RAISE YOUR TAXES IN RETURN FOR NOTHING

KRISTIN LEBLANC has raised the Taxes (Dues) in Fox Mill by over 30%.  What did the residents get for this huge increase? Did we get better services? HELL NO! Did we get needed repair work done? HELL NO!

We got nearly $200,000.00 in legal fees so LeBlanc could try and intimidate a fellow elected Board member into leaving the Board.  As with everything LeBlanc touches, IT FAILED. The Court made sure that LeBlanc's plans of Fox Mill domination finally came to halt.

So what will LeBlanc cost the Village? Besides the souls of every poor sucker who supports her, how about the Village itself. LeBlanc has not been shy about announcing the 1 and only thing on her platform ... to dismantle and destroy the Village all together.  How will she accomplish this task?  The same way she destroyed Fox Mill--BY SPENDING, SPENDING AND MORE SPENDING--and in return you get nothing.  You see, by wasting limited resources, Kristin prevents progress. By spending your money on Kristin's pet projects (like vindictive lawsuits), there is no money left to fix the streets, the parks, etc. Soon, the Village will be broke and Leblanc will be sipping mojitos in the Islands with her developer buddies, laughing at you and the other Village residents who got duped.

    I believe the Village needs to live up to the promises made and adopt a provision in the Village Code regarding zoning, and state that if the non conforming use was in existence prior to the incorporation (2007), it would be grand fathered in as an acceptable non conforming use now. We believed that nothing was supposed to change our rural lifestyle.

    So she wants to rent out the farmhouse that was rented AGAINST the existing PUD before the Village was formed just because they didn't catch her.?????

    I think you are correct. She gets caught breaking the law, and rather than correct her actions she has a temper tantrum and spends our HOA money for her own personal agenda. She should be publicly flogged, but own community is too peaceful. LOL
